A collaborative project between ON and Innovation Lab ECCO with the objective to create a sensor that accurately measures kinematic and kinetic parameters during a race and transfers them in real-time.
FEASIBILITY STUDY CONCLUSION
Based on the performed tests and outcomes, we can conclude that it will be feasible to develop and add requested metrics to the existing Quant-I/O sensor.
It is feasible to transmit the data stream from a pair of sensors in real-time to the CRM via a mobile app or via long/short range wireless transmission for the desired duration of an event.
The sensor has been tested in the heel area of the Cloudboom, additional industrial design work will be needed for integration.
